Swiss-American CDMO operates a 134,200 sq. ft. cGMP facility located in the Dallas Metroplex (just 10 minutes from DFW airport). As a contract manufacturer, Swiss-American is able to accommodate a wide range of customer needs when it comes to compounding, filling and packaging capabilities.
The Swiss American manufacturing process is precise and lean, running some of the industry's most advanced machinery and equipment.

Warehousing, Distribution & Fulfillment
Swiss American CDMO (SA) operates a 131,760 sq. ft. climate controlled warehouse, distribution and fulfillment facility located 0.3 miles from corporate headquarters. This facility handles the daily receipt and storage of all finished goods from Headquarters for ERP system tracking and is equipped with 19 dock doors for shipping and receiving.
Compounding & Packaging
Swiss American CDMO's integrated cGMP manufacturing environment includes compounding for both flammable and non-flammable formulations, filling facilities, and five separate packaging suites.
All products with the exception of propellant-based aerosols are developed, compounded, packaged, and shipped from our Dallas facility. All chemicals and packaging components are purchased from pre-qualified vendors.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Swiss American CDMO, we commit to sustainable operations and manufacturing practices to minimize environmental impact. We achieve this through sourcing renewable items and integrating sustainable initiatives into our business. Currently, Swiss is reducing and reusing water, minimizing paper usage, purchasing sustainable packaging and chemicals, utilizing motion-sensitive lighting across our facilities, and streamlining our manufacturing processes to cut waste. We will continue to advance and execute environmentally friendly solutions into our standard business operations.
State-of-the-art Water System
Swiss American CDMO operates a validated, state-of-the-art water purification system designed by a nationally recognized technical advisor, capable of producing 75 gallons per minute and meeting the USP monograph for pharmaceutical purposes. Comprised of a rigorous 7-step purification process, feeding a 5,000 gallon recirculating ozonated storage tank with a continuously recirculating point of use loop. The system includes UV exposure at five separate points in the process and sanitizes via hot water and ozone.
