Komel joined Swiss American in 2016 and immediately energized the organization by incorporating an Innovation Center within the Research & Development department. She leveraged her relationships with external medical and academic industry experts to transform the way the company identifies and creates new products.
Ede came to Swiss American in 1997 and is the heart and soul of manufacturing and operations. She balances the right people with the right processes with the right equipment to create consistently superior results. Ede is a CDMO industry leader with an impeccable operations track record.
Cory came to Swiss American in 2015 and implemented accounting and financial standards to better prepare the organization for changes aligned to the strategic growth plans. He is a financial expert and is well versed in global private equity, mergers & acquisitions and innovative financial solutions in an ever-changing digital world.

Priya joined Swiss American in 2017 with 20 years of experience in research, innovation and development across skin care, OTC, pharma and consumer goods businesses. She is also a US patent agent.
Eduardo joined Swiss American in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations and leadership gained while serving industries delivering results in FMCG, Food and Beverage, Automotive and Hair Care
Mitch joined Swiss American in 2018 bringing over 25 years of healthcare marketing experience in OTC, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
Lesli joined Swiss American in 2004. She has been a leader in the growth and maturity of both the Quality and Regulatory departments.
Shalea joined Swiss American in 2015 bringing 25 years of financial expertise in Manufacturing, International Distribution and Healthcare
Fidel joined Swiss American in November of 2021, bringing 15 years of manufacturing operations experience in Dietary Supplements, Personal Care, OTC, and Cosmetic products.
Jerry joined the Swiss American team August of 2019 bringing over 25 years of Contract Manufacturing experience in beauty and healthcare.
Nikita joined Swiss American in June of 2020 brining over 16 years of HR leadership experience across a variety of industries including, hospitality, retail and manufacturing.
Tina joined Swiss American in 2009 bringing over 20 years of manufacturing experience from various industries in project management and documentation.
Cindy joined the Swiss American Team in 2016. Strong Industrial Engineering experience lends to her leadership in Manufacturing Process improvement.
