Komel joined Swiss American in 2016 and immediately energized the organization by incorporating an Innovation Center within the Research & Development department. She leveraged her relationships with external medical and academic industry experts to transform the way the company identifies and creates new products.
Ede came to Swiss American in 1997 and is the heart and soul of manufacturing and operations. She balances the right people with the right processes with the right equipment to create consistently superior results. Ede is a CDMO industry leader with an impeccable operations track record.
Cory came to Swiss American in 2015 and implemented accounting and financial standards to better prepare the organization for changes aligned to the strategic growth plans. He is a financial expert and is well versed in global private equity, mergers & acquisitions and innovative financial solutions in an ever-changing digital world.
Eduardo joined Swiss American in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations and leadership gained while serving industries delivering results in FMCG, Food and Beverage, Automotive and Hair Care.

Lesli joined Swiss American in 2004. She has been a leader in the growth and maturity of both the Quality and Regulatory departments.
Becca joined Swiss American in 2024 with over 20 years of experience in the professional skincare industry, including 8 years in skincare, sun care, and personal care manufacturing. She leads commercial development initiatives grounded in anticipatory service to strengthen partnerships, accelerate innovation, and drive meaningful growth and value for brand partners.
Priya joined Swiss American in 2017 with 20 years of experience in research, innovation and development across skin care, OTC, pharma and consumer goods businesses. She is also a US patent agent.
Shalea joined Swiss American in 2015 bringing 25 years of financial expertise in Manufacturing, International Distribution and Healthcare
Irma joined the organization in 2024 as Director of Human Resources, bringing over two decades of experience across multiple industries. She plays a key role in shaping and executing HR strategies that support our mission and drive business success.

Fidel joined Swiss American in November of 2021, bringing 15 years of manufacturing operations experience in Dietary Supplements, Personal Care, OTC, and Cosmetic products.
Kenneth Hall joined Swiss American in 2016, bringing over 25 years of quality manufacturing experience in medical devices, OTC drugs, and cosmetic products. He has extensive knowledge of Total Quality Management and is committed to driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Latonda joined Swiss American in July 2023 bringing more than 22 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, and quality within the manufacturing industry for personal care, cosmetic, OTC, and dietary supplement products.
Jeff joined Swiss American in November 2024, bringing with him 29 years of manufacturing experience, including 20 years in maintenance management within the food and home care industries.
Darius McDonald, Sr. joined Swiss American in 1990 and have grown from warehouse operations into leading warehouse, purchasing, inventory control, and facilities management. With over three decades of experience, specializing in streamlining processes, driving cost-savings, and mentoring teams to achieve excellence.
Mandy joined Swiss American in 2018 bringing 17 years of business development, sales and account management experience across multiple industries.
David joined Swiss American in 2023 bringing over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and corporate management including 7 years specifically in the skincare contract manufacturing industry.
Nadine joined Swiss American in 2017 bringing 20 years of administrative and executive support experience. She facilitates executive operations by managing calendars, coordinating projects, and improving office efficiency to support business objectives.
